Yes, I've managed to make her disappear with the weight menu - it's very odd though. I'm looking forward to the update. :)

Saw this last night, it does look superb. And given that I already have it, a fantastic free update for existing owners.

Yes, it's a good model, even though it doesn't come out of the hanger much (me being a tubeliner type ) This upgrade can only make it better

I'm really pleased to see BBS releasing a major update! I really hope they continue to release other, smaller updates as time goes on (as most other developers tend to do these days). I also hope they respond to feedback and release updates for their other products, which have some shortfalls (see their forums threads).

I confess I'm disappointed they won't be releasing any Turbine (T) models of the Islander (which in turn means no AL1 and no Defender AL2 :( ), although I recognize the differences are substantial and not just skin-deep (which, conversely, if why I'm so keen to see them done)... Does anyone out there fancy collaborating on some freeware models of such, starting with the AL1? *-) If so, get in touch... ;)

Version 2 is out, just installed and way past my bedtime playing with it. Not overly impressed so far, mainly due to how it handles, but willing to spend time on it. Tomorrow is another day.

Interesting. I got the email last night, but I'm away at the moment so it'll have to wait for a couple of days.

Haven’t had a chance to download it yet, just got back last night.
Was having a read on the main FS forum and it seems to be heavier. I’ve no doubt there will be tweaks, he’s very good at making adjustments with constructive feedback, and making them pretty quickly.
