Just Flight are at the top of their game at the moment, and I hope the BAe-146 does very well - they deserve it. Do they have access to a 'live' BAe 146 in order to record those sound effects in the cockpit ? I'm still not 100% decided about getting it, as I'm not sure it's my type of aircraft. It looks very complex, and I'm not the sharpest pencil with such things. However, the fact that cargo versions are included could tip the balance. I'll wait and see, but it looks and sounds fabulous. Well done, JF.

Hi Paul,

Yes, they had access to 2. ZE700 (or was it 701?) at Northolt (before it retired) and another EX Jersey airframe which from memory is at the DH museum (although I don't think its live).

I’ve been “flying” the 146 since BAE Panel Project days so its all very familiar.

Paul, hopefully there will be a Demo Version that you can try. I have the Demo Version in X-plane 11 and have to say it is very very good.

Regards
Nigel.

Blimey, how did they wangle access to the RAF aircraft ? They must 'know someone'.

I think I'll wait and try the demo, as Nigel suggests. It is bloomin' gorgeous though.
