Have you got good mobile phone signal Nigel?

If so you could try connecting your PC to your phone’s wifi hotspot to see what the performance is like (although don’t do it for too long as it may use up all of your data allowance on the mobile.)

If it is good though, its an option to replace the fixed line broadband with a 4G or 5G modem and mobile sim card.

Hi Ben, just come back on hence the delay in replying. Mobile phone signals are very bad here Ben and also my phone is just a pay and go phone.

Going to knock this on the head I'm afraid, download speeds are now 15Mbps with uploads being just 0.5 Mbps.

Going to contact them again this week and see what they have to say but not holding out for much.
