OK, we have "Women's Rugby" "Women's Cricket" "Women's Soccer", and AFLW "Australian Football League Women"
We used to have "Woman's Work" but you can't say that now :hide:

That should of course read 'the England Ladies Football Team'. England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales compete as individual nations in FIFA international competitions.
I stand corrected!! :$

Sorry, I didn't mean to come across as condescending, just pointing out the facts. In the Olympics, we compete as Great Britain,

I did not read anything that sounded condescending, just educational. I live and learn.

Now of course, questions are being asked as to why there weren't more coloured players in the team.

Perhaps they just weren't good enough?

:dunno:

I don't care if the team is all white, all black or all fluorescent green (or any mixture of those)! Players should be chosen on the basis of who is best to play in that position and give the team the greatest chance of success. There are black players in the squad and they have made a big contribution to England qualifying for the Euro's.

Not forgetting the British Lions (or more correctly, the British and Irish Lions) Rugby Union team.
