An 'officer' no less. I despair of this land sometimes.

The mind boggles. I wonder how the hell the younger generation (my grandchildren) will cope with all this shite. But it's the world they are growing into, PC on steroids, and they think it fine I think what we used to get up. to. Things we laughed about on TV daren't be shown now. I could go on.................

The RAF have now "paused" recruiting white males. The senior officer in charge of recruitment has resigned in protest, but the man at the top is adamant that more opportunities should be given to ethnic minorities and the LGBQT+ brigade.

How many good men are being lost while they are putting square pegs into round holes?

The RAF in which I was proud to serve, is no longer.

The simple answer is: - The person appointed to any job is the best qualified for that job, and bu**"r the sensitivities of the PC brigade. The sooner we stop creating "non jobs" the better.

I'm afraid common sense died 20 odd years ago. I know, I was at the funeral.

I've read it, but what bothers me isn't the fact a bloke has been appointed to the post - rather, it's that the post exists at all.
