If the DC3 is coming then I only hope it is as good as the AWXDC3V3.2.3 in X-Plane 11, now that is certainly one hell of an aircraft that I fly regularly and it gets better on every update!!

It's made by Aeroplane Heaven, so I doubt it!

Nigel, I looked at that DC-3 during my brief dalliance with X-Plane 11, and I have a feeling there will be a bit more to the Aeroplane Heaven one, to be honest. A.H. posted a video some months ago, demonstrating the DC-3's engine sounds, and even I had to admit it was rather good. Can't say how the two compare flight dynamics-wise, of course, but at least you won't have to spend money to find out. Over all, my experience of A.H. has not been a happy one, and their C-46 Commando was the last straw. I swore I'd never spend another penny with them - but, the DC-3 is free, so it will be easier to forgive any shortcomings. We shall see. ;)

Just have to wait and see on that one but even so, some -one may even port over the X-Plane and or FSX version some time in the future!

I have seen posts on SOH confirming that the DC-3 is from airplane heaven. They announced it very early in the MSFS days but was surprised how long it was taking them to release it, and when they finally announced it would be part of the 40th anniversary package the delays were finally explained.
