HP Herald power settings.

I’ve been flying this one of late, but I noticed there isn’t any info on it regarding power settings (TGT etc) for climb, cruise and so on. Nor even a recommended climb speed.

If anyone can assist or have any information, that would be greatly appreciated!

I think Sav may have had something when it was first released, but that was 2 decades ago and I can’t find it. I’ll let you know if I come across it though. :cpu:

Just about completed a major overhaul of the now dated Herald panel for my own use on my antique system, now over 18 years old and still satisfying my needs. The power settings are pretty standard for most Dart 7 powered aeroplanes; climb /cruise 14200 RPM/730’C. Climb 150kt until rate reduces to 500 fpm, then further climb at 135 kt. Cruise is a little slower than the Herald’s contemporaries, 175-180kt ish.

Cheers
