The knives are out

I don't know what other countries are experiencing, but here in Australia, we seem to have an increasing number of edged weapon offences by teenagers.
The latest on tonight's Victorian news, is that 5 offenders, aged around 15 (
) were arrested after stealing a BMW, driving at 190kmh, and carrying out attacks on small businesses. They were only stopped when Police rammed their car.
