New GIAST v5 for MSFS

Hi Chaps,
Henrik has released the latest incarnation of GIAST for MSFS (v5) over at flyaway simulations (should be up at flightsim.com tomorrow too)

Lots more ships and more efficent routes,
Unfortunately with KPLER killing off the live ship data feed, the live shiping routes will not be released, but the models and more are in the new pack with more efiicent routes.
3.3 GB download and about 18Gb uncompressed
