Is that a bespoke period RAF Kinloss with custom Nimrod models???

Taking the Hunter T8 out for a spin (literally, later in the same sortie).

I find the Mach meter to be inoperative. Does anyone else find the same?

Hi Andy, Yes it is
It looks fabulous!!!

Thinking aloud... would you also be willing to do an early Nimrod MR1 version of RAF Kinloss (circa 1969-'76), with the statics painted white & grey?

Image

Taking that idea further a pre-'69 version of Kinloss, with static Shackleton MR3, would also be fab ;)

Hi Andy,

Mach meter seems to be working on mine, got up to 0.9 in a shallow dive from 12000ft.

Love the early Nimrod too.

The last Shak I remember was Henk Huho’s Shak project

Many thanks for that Ben, having someone else check is very useful. I shall try again...

To answer your questions Andy, the Nimrod will be released with MR1, MR2 and R1 versions along with associated liveries. As I have the low poly MR2 it would be a simple matter to setup an earlier Kinloss

Mach meter working now.
I also had a fault where the gear wouldn't cycle with my key binding (could only do so by clicking the gear buttons in the VC)... but that is also now working again.

I've heard other reports of intermittent faults with random aircraft and I wondered if I suffered such :dunno:

The 360 / 330 had some funnies at the weekend too... no show stoppers, but odd ones. I'll re-try again this weekend. It will be interesting to see what's in next weeks "big" update.
