Viscount HQ model

On the California Classics web site there are some lovely new repaints being produced of a range of aircraft from the 50s and 60s, most of which haven't been done before - e.g Indian Airlines and Iran Air. The filenames fit Rick Piper's 700 model, but the textures won't display in FS9. The author says they are designed for Rick's HQ model - I have never heard of this, does anybnody know where to find it?
