You forgot the mighty Meteor! :shock:
I'd be hard pushed between the Hunter and the Meteor, but if the meteor was not available, the JP is my no.2

While a Jet Provost is nice, I'd have to go for the A-37 Dragon or a T-37 Tweet. Much better sound (i.e. much louder).
