Here's a short video of preserved PH-FHF taking to the air at the weekend. Commentary is Dutch :roll:

Nice,brings back memories! :smile:

That aircraft, PH-FHF, was the first F27-100.

Nice video. Thanks for posting Fraser. I wish I spoke dutch. However, regardless of whats being said, its always nice to see an old girl like this being restored and taking to the skies again. That scheme is rather nice too. I wonder if it will visit the UK at some point? :roll:

Not sure of alot of it - but they make 200 fligths a year from the museum and the going rate is 189 Euros per person ?? not sure about anything else but
if the Dutch can do it why hasnt some group taken a 748 and restored it???
using the same logic???

I went to the Aviodrome last year. It wasn't bad but it's in the middle of nowhere and it's not on the scale of say Cosford or Duxford.
What they do have though is very nice.

Flt prices here.... click

179 Euros for a ride in a Cat???

I think I could afford that - and then some

I guess the only museum in the UK that does the same thing are Toms mob???
