I suggest you run this schedule mon/wed/fri

Im working on a tues/thur/sun sched

Saturday is a busy surprise lol

If these meet with Johns approval and we set up the schedule
I will be building standard routings for the 1-11 for these routes
utilising FSbuild/FSnav - if you dont have either then I will also
set them down on word and you can manually load the routes

Ermmm all you 1-11 drivers - your going to be busy

Leif

After typing this it dawned on me some people may wish to be Manch
based to operate the"w" patterns Im creating - and on the same note
we will probably set up a crew hack up and down between EGSS_EGCC
in the Dove to "pick up the Stansted crew and crop off the Manch crew"
nice little two hour jolly for someone

Hi Leif

Thanks very much for these. At the moment all flights/routes at FlyNET are available every day of the week so it's the route thats important. Even if a flight operated only once a week in real life, once we schedule the route it becomes available all the time. Times are important, it looks like FlyNET operate UTC/GMT so we can schedule realistic turnround times for the bus stop jockeys and see if they can remain on schedule. Once a flight has been flown it's a 2 minute job to log back in and book you next flight - keeping FS9 running (not paused) keeps the clock ticking so pilots can be as realistic possible - hey when we get some multiplayer sessions going we can even shout the dispatcher to hurry up and get the pax boarded.

Regarding flight numbers, I'm devising a numbering system so that a flight can instantly be recognised as a flight using a particular aircraft type. This will become important for multi-rated pilots departing from airports which operate multiple types to sort the wheat from the chaff. It won't be too much of an issue but I think it will be easier in the long run e.g. If a pilot inadvertently selects a flight for a 1-11 when he really wants to fly a '748, he will only be offered the choice of 1-11's available at that airport so he will realise he has selected the wrong flight number. Incidentally, the selection of flights that a pilot is offered when he tries to choose a flight is limited to aircraft availability so, for example, if there are no 1-11's at an airport, no 1-11 flights will be offered.

Regards

John

Fraser
Hi Fraser

Feel free, the more choice the better, it will just take me a little longer to add them all. If it reaches the point where enough's enough, I'll holler. I'll get flights added as soon as possible, working on Vanguard schedules at the moment.

Aircraft rotations to a certain point aren't needed as we will end up with lots of duplicated routes. The important thing is the routings A to B. If a route becomes popular where more than one pilot want to fly a route at the same time I can add additional flights later. Times are great, saves me trying to work them out - a block time rather than STD/STA is easier for me to work with if thats ok with you?

Rgds
