VA pay

All pilots upon registering at FlyNET get v$10,000 in their balance. You will only have expenses if you buy a ticket to move to another airport or if you cancel a prebooked flight and you had passengers waiting to go travel.
With that in mind, the our VA pilot is pay is 0% of revenue. The reason being is you as a pilot get paid a flat rate. The VA gets paid by it's multiplyer. So currently, with our multiplyer set at x500 for every v$100 you get paid, we potentially lose out on v$50,000. So it makes economic sense whilst we are growing.
This policy will be under continual revue.
