Folks ! .... I'm looking at doing another COMET feature/article for FS, this time focussing on some of the rarer hybrid liveries which resullted from various leases.
BEA occasionally leased other aircraft types to AIR MALTA. Such aircraft typically retained their basic BEA ("Red Suare") livery version .... but with the "BEA" titles removed and replaced with a "Maltese Cross" and "AIR MALTA" titles below this and inside that box. I've seen good clear photographic evidence of this in relation to other BEA/AIR MALTA leased aircraft types already.
I also know BEA did occasionally leased COMET 4B aircraft to AIR MALTA.
What I want to know is which particular BEA COMET 4B aircraft were involved in these AIR MALTA leases .... and .... did they support the same BEA Red Square"/AIR MALTA) branding as described above.
Can anyone throw some light on this ?
References to images would e greatly appreciated too if available.
"MANY THANKS" in advance !

Ermmmmmm
I am doing the Trident and Viscount ASAP but I could not find anything on the Comet as to whether or not it was a particular aircraft seconded as the Viscount G-AOHO and Trident G-AVFC, or one picked up on the way through and operated for a couple of sectors.
Mark has offered to try and find out as he wants it if possible for his Comet features as he explained above
It is simple if someone can give me evidence of it's existence I will paint.
So all you helpful guys out there help Mark out and you will all have something new to fly.
But sometime over the next couple of weeks there will be a new Red Square Viscount and Trident of sorts .............plus two Vanguards, one of which is probably forgotten and the other a real surprise to most as it was to me.

Great news Garry. I've spent the last 3 days redoing my AI so some new vanguards and Viscounts will go down well.
Interestingly enough, HJG don't produce any of the original DC10 or Tristars which I thought was strange, but needless to say the US is now filled with 707, DC8 and Convairs gallore!
I've also stuck in the odd 146 (I know its not Classic but it is for me)
Being cheeky now but any news of G- ARTA?
