A little preview clip of one of two forthcoming Gloster Aircraft Company airfields, commisioned by Leif:

Its only 1mb clip of a Meteor T.7 landing on the main runway, but it gives a little idea of the environment and allowed me to test the possibilities of simultaneous "pan and zoom" in FS (without the need for anything fancy like FS Camera or whatever)

Thanks guys. This is the airfield:

Moreton Valence, Gloster's test airfield, formerly RAF Moreton Valence, previously RAF Haresfield and now part of the M5

As you can see, its nearly done, save for one more building up the far end, some alterations to the texture on a couple of the rooves and the possible addition of an engine test pen for a Javelin. It will be released with Hucclecote/Brockowrth which you can just see off in the distance if you follow the motorway up. That is a more complex one and will take longer, but I hope to have this done within a week or two from now!

Cheers Pete - might have to find a good 2002 Galdiator as well then

and of course I missed the most historic one - The Whittle Pioneer - which was actually contructed in a shop in Cheltenham , finished at Bentham and made several taxi trials in which its reported at least once became airborne at Brockworth - which must have been pretty daunting considering the
runway was so short -- Toby for the demo video of Glosters you will have to have at least one Hurricane pass as well, seeing as that alot were built at Brockworth during WW2
