A guy I used to work with very nearly called his baby son 'Richard Edward' until I pointed out how miserable his life would be at school. :smile:

When I worked for Monarch 5 years ago, there were 2 females called Carey Hunt & Naomi Maroney.

There was a "Richard Pratt" and a "Benjamin Dover" at my school, an american guy called "B J" (it didnt stand for anything) at my first school. Another unfortunate one was a Korean guy called "You-No Kim". Try asking him what his name was :doh:

At University we had all three armed forces represented in terms of UAS, OTC and a Navy section. As I'm sure anyone here in the services will testify to, nicknaming seems to be something that happens pretty early on when you join and was most obvious and unfortunate for one "Rob Knott" on my course! :lol:
