For those who find the undercarriage a bit firm (lots of smoke from bouncy tyres), heres a small mod to the aircraft.cfg - a replacement [contact_points] section:

The only lines modified are 'point.0=', 'point.1=', and 'point.2=', plus the 'static_pitch' and 'static_cg_height' lines. These last two adjust the 'drop-in' height & pitch to zero.

Otherwise, its another lovely aeroplane from Frank. His Gauntlet is one of my favourites.

Now I know what a Bristol Brisfit is, but was wondering what is a 'Brisfit', i.e. where did the name Brisfit come from?

It was the colloquial term for Bristol Fighter (Bris-Fit) something along the same
lines as the HP 0/400 being known as "The Bloody Paralyser" I guess our
grandfathers had a sense of humor as well

I think Bristol Fighter was a more official name for the aircraft - from what I know, it was generally referred to as the "Biff" by the crews.

By the way, mine is still in development. I will do it eventually...!
