Probably a stupid question, but can you & how do change the default airfield in FS9? I am tired of forgetting to change 'fields and starting at Seatac.

Start up FS9
Select your favorite aircraft, airport and stand.
and save the flight as default.

There you go.

A word of caution, changing your default aircraft, especially to a more complex one, can sometimes lead to problems with systems not working etc.
Just changing the airfield should be OK though

Dan, I think you drive yourself too hard. You don't allow yourself to go to bed until you have mentioned VC10 in at least one post a day.
If only you had been born early enough to have been a Vickers salesman - you could have rewritten history

You can't read that reg - can you?

Ah you must have checked the file name in properties

It's a scan of a lovely fine art print from here http://wwrgallery.co.uk/index.aspx of G-ASGB. Treat yourself to one - you deserve it!

Oh btw I heard about your recent disaster. No permanent damage except to the paying customers - again! That's the BOAC spirit - keep it up!
