I think thats it... Big Bill doesnt expect each and every one of us to buy it the first day its released... it will have a product life span, same as everything else and we'll move over progressively as we feel we want or need to. New customers/simmers might be keener to get the new version as soon as it comes out and that minority of people with enough money, or sufficiently little sense, that have to have the latest games and PCs to run them on ASAP!
