David,

It is such an excellent model it is well worth a mention however long its been out. I think this re-work has only been out for the last week and is gracing all the screenshot forums around.

A masterpiece

Hurricane and Hawkinge are both excellent.....but I dont get the AI spits & hurris flying around?

Everything is in the right place, but I just get modern traffic flying around.

Any clues as to what I might have omitted?

Cheers,
Keith

Hawkinge woks OK for me.

You should have your Hawkinge scenary files that you load into the Addon Scenery folder & activate via running FS & doing the routine with the scenary addon editor thingy.

Plus you should have a file that has AI spitfires & Hurricanes. That goes into your Aircraft file, & finally the traffic file that goes in the Scenery/World/Scenery folder.

All 3 in place, you should be in business

Good Luck

 Yep - up for that, never done anything like it before, but a fighter sweep over the south coast, looking out for the pesky "Hun in the Sun" sounds a great idea to me! How do we go about it??

Well its all pretty new to me but as I understand it you would require your aircraft, in this case the AH Hurricane pack, access to an online multiplayer server - I use FSHost Spy by Russel Gilbert (see here http://www.chocolatesoftware.com/fshostspy/) select your site/date/time.

There are several site accessed from FSHost Spy that do not have much traffic so once decided on it would be a case of turn up & fly - look for the Hun in the Sun

Goes without saying you would need an internet connection & some knoweldge of how to configue your multiplayer page in FS - & it IS easy, even I can do it.

Shame my connection keeps dropping out.

Hope this helps a bit.

I'd be up for that. If someone can point me to a nice '109 I'd even be happy to be the hun! (otherwise It'll have to be the schmittfire by AH - which I love)

AH also have their 109 for free, though its a less complete package than the Hurricane.
Will look into FSHost Spy.
Would the MP site need Hawkinge and the planes installed?
Thursday night? (UK)
Cheers,
Keith
