I'm pretty new :redface: and dont post normally, but I do read the forum most nights. Im not sure if its a problem but I missed a booked flight yesterday due to NTL deciding to disconnect me and "carry out work in the area". This pleased me no end, as you may imagine.
I logged on this morning to re book the flight, and did so, without being told I had missed the previous one ? (which surprised me)
So I finished the re booked flight and was then informed of the missed one and ofcourse billed for it
:-({|= I was due to fly from LFBT to EGKK in G-AXVG a flight I, as mentioned have now completed.
Why am I posting ? not to sure really but wanted to make sure that it had'nt dented the company rep or anything, Im not worried about my own bill too much I will just ring NTL and give them a hard time and hope they will reconpense me for the loss of service.
