BR1970..
Start the engines in the sequence 3,4,1,2 and you shouldn't have a problem. It sounds very much to me like you're starting out of sequence mate If in doubt, don't wait so much for the engines to stabilize but look for the start light to extinguish. As soon as the lamp goes out, knock the start for 3 to OFF and hit the start for 4. Follow this and you will get them all to light Seems a little odd but the more you fly the VC9, you don't have to be so sharp on the OFF to START. I think much of it is down to practise mate as I had similar probs when I first started using the VC9 on a regular basis I seemed to be chasing the 'Ignitor Start' lamp but that doesn't happen any more

np I got word veiwer and everything is cool.
first impressions, I like this plane, and the sound of the tyne engines, they Sound powerful. and it is FAST, I was worried that I was going to fast when my gs hit 350 knots but then I read and it said that the cruise speed givein was IAS, (250 kn) not to find out the range of this puppy, I am flying from barrow ak, to thule afb in greenland, in trans-canada colors. Iwould post a screen shot but my ms paint seems to be acting up....
