Cockpit in-flight films

Post by TobyV »

Just found that the old MCM Productions videos are now available on DVD from http://www.jumpseatproductions.com/ . I have the Air UK 146 video and its a very thorough and totally unedited, film showing the controls and instruments and with recordings of ATC and the pilots' comms during the flight, preceeded by some blurb on the airline and the aircraft. In addition to the 146, they also have ones on the One Eleven, ATP, 737, F-27, ATR-42, F-100 and a Cessna Skylane.

I can see two being bought.. the other one is a compilation so I guess it has bits of the other two included

Dave, I take it you've seen the jumpseat flight on board an EAL 1-11 on Flightlevel350.com?

Hi Callum,

I have (no.. make that DID have as a certain Mr Piper still has it) the EAL dvd featuring MikeFox to and from Turin (plus their 732's) and one from the same series but flying Nationwide (South Africa) but had not seen these before.. both titles by Just Planes Videos World Air Routes series. Dunno if these are the same so will have to potter over there

Hey,
Good luck getting it back then :P I only have the IL62/Cubana fleet video from them, and it was disappointing compared to the ITVV vids. The Flightlevel350 video is taken by someone on the very last one eleven flight in Britian.

By the way make sure you search for "one eleven" otherwise it wont come up :P

Thanks Callum. I did a search over there under 'Other' (or was it 'All').. found BAC 1-11 and it came up with a negative find  I'll keep at it until I find the right combination of keys!!
