Well done to BAA!!!!

I had the misfortune to travel back to Spain on Thursday, from Gatwick.

I have to say BAA handled things better than I thought possible!

Luckily I was not cancelled, as I flew Monarch, not Easyjet, the net affect for me was two thrown away cheese and pickle rolls :redface: and a 45 minute delay!

My speedy hand luggage only policy looks to fail in the coming months, but on this occasion, praise where praise is due, well done Monach and BAA. Just glad I do not have to use LHR!
