Hi Chaps, well two injuries...the leg was operated on a couple of years ago but I have basically two of the joints or something pretty much buggered reckon on another 2 years before I lose the kneecap, hope to stretch it out for 4 years so I can stay at work (my time is up then) But the leg is weaker and the bike is heavier!! plus the wrist is still not as strong as it used to be so overall I need a lighter machine and one that don't need shares in Autosol

Hi Tony
Sad to see the 2 wheel Caddillac is on the way out  .(it's about the same Weight anyway)
Your knee is bad because you spent 2 years on all 4s polishing it
Are you getting something else ?. or giving up altogether ?.
I didn't know you had a dodgy knee still, i thought that was fixed.
Regards
Rick

Hi Rick on all fours is a favourite trick of mine
No I decided to keep on two wheels but go for something comfy, light, not needing cleaning every day and something I can use in most weather conditions...so I went for ......a
Seen here with the chrome armchair, yes its the NT700 Deauville or known as the Dullsville....
I know it may not be exciting but its very nice to ride with enough power to get me points on the licence but less likely to be stopped by them traffic cops :curse: "old man on gold bike" syndrome
But I need to pay for it now so hope some decent bids come in for the Vol!

That's an odd looking devil Tony!!
I have to agree though.. as the bones get older, hanging on to the ZX9 is not quite as much fun as it should be and I often wonder what it would be like to ride something that felt a little more comfy than sitting on a plank of wood
The thing is though, were I to get something 'Gold-Wing-esqe', I have a feeling the good lady would demand to be taken here and there on it and I'm not ready for that!!
