You're confusing me now.
I tried putting my models into '\Microsoft Flight Simulator X Demo\Aircraft' & it wouldn't show any of them for selection in FSX.
Put them into '\Microsoft Flight Simulator X Demo\SimObjects\airplanes' and all is well.
Trident & Comet show without any modification, 1-11s need a new 'texture.cfg' as pointed out by DaveG or else VC textures are missing.
Never seen any messages about unknown source either.
This is my FSX selection screen (now with thumbnails copied off my website  )
And here's the Trident in FSX. :huf:

Hi Dave
Thanks... my question is answered
That's exactly what I did incluiding thumbs......and everything is there apart from the Tridents and Comets  .
Sounds like I should perhaps throw them off and re-import
I just wanted to be sure you had it before I did anything and wait for ages for it to load.

Who said it was cartoon like.
To be fair, fences making buildings invisible is one bug that it acknowledges in the readme file and will be sorted.
Shame about some of the others.
