From Ted Cook - http://www.tedcook.btinternet.co.uk/
Here you go Dave. Be right up your street!!Ted does do some unusual aircraft doesn't he. I don't think I'd ever heard of this one!!

I used to be an optimist but with age I am now a grumpy old pessimist.

Reading that, the RN only had 4 of these which is probably why I don't recognise them as one of the 'great's'.. struck off in '45 too. Nice to see someone doesn't give a toss about a model being popular and making one anyway! Though I'm not a huge fan of Ted's stuff, all power to him and may he continue

Old sailors never die.. they just smell that way!
The Navy may have only had 4, but the RAF had over 600, with about 400 being still on strength in 1939. Originally an army cooperation version of the Hart (an 'art with a 'ook), the Audax took part in WW2 operations in East Africa and Iraq, while the ones on the home front served as target tugs, glider tugs (Hotspurs, not Horsas!), trainers, and communications hacks.
The Persian and Iraqi Air Forces, amongst others, also had Audaxes.

There are a couple of repaints for the Audax up at the Outhouse.

Note the 63 sqdn differs between the cfg entry and the tex folder name. Make 'em both 63 and the paint will show.
