There is now a very good video of the Javelin produced by Grover over on Alpha's site, it really does look great in all of it's paint schemes.
Also is it me or is it being flown in FSX? The weather, water textures and the fluidity with which the eye point moves within the VC all seem enhanced.

Just purchased it and I can't hear any blue note in the sound package, it seems to simply be a re-jigging of the Lightning sounds that I was never that fond of to begin with. :think:DispatchDragon wrote:Chris
I just purchased the Jav and took it for a spin around Gloucestershire
The sound package is as I remember the true sound - right down to the
"blue note"
Happy flying

Sorry Chris
I will reiterate what I said - although its looking back over forty plus years
I lived next to the factoy at Hucclecote for five years of my child hood until the day GAC closed down - the sound of Javelins taking off were an integral
part of my life -- Alphasims sound pack included with their Javelin captures that memory very closely - down to and including the odd warbling "blue note" that a Jav flown at low level fast made (probably more marked by the fact it was inverted) - wether it is a "reworked Lightning sounds" or not it really does come very very close to the sounsd I remember - Now anyone want to discuss Proteus sounds??
