Well, I own part of the real London Control if that's of any help. Honestly, I do - when Nats was privatised, we all got free shares in the new company and they're worth a few quid now, too!

As no one on the forum seems to have a copy, I had a look at the Web site to see if there was anything useful I could tell you. At first look, it certainly does seem to have a degree of fidelity with the screen shots showing good representations of the different radar presentations at West Drayton and Swanwick. There also seems to be an attempt to represent Swanwick's "electronics" although, I'd guess, in a simplified form.

The thing I can't help wondering about is just how much background knowledge you'll need to get anything worthwhile out of a program like this. Common sense dictates that for "playability" if nothing else, it will have been greatly simplified but I doubt this is the sort of program to spend money on if you're not the type who's willing to invest a good few hours in RTFM. If I get some time in the next couple of days, I'll d/l the demo and see just what is involved.
Best
Pete

Thanks Pete,
Downloaded demo but no sound and as you saw was pretty hard going for a novice. Will stick to drawing Aircraft I think.
