Any Bond fans?
Hi all,
many will be aware that Casino Royale opens this week. Me and the good lady being avid Bond fans will be armed with the popcorn & drinks tommorrow night prior to hitting the town.
So for any Bond fans amongst us (there will no doubt be one or two at least) I will report back with a review sometime over the weekend.
Old Pierce will be a tough act to follow as I thought he was fantastic in the role. So lets hope Mr Craig pulls it off.
Anyone else planning to go and see it?

I suffer from paranoid amnesia. I can't remember who I don't trust.

Yo Eddie,
The good lady and I decided against going to see it. Made the effort to go and see the last one and was embarrassed and annoyed I'd PAID to see such drivel. I know they're all a bit far-fetched but the disappearing Aston was a move too far I'm afraid
Never a big fan of Pierce Brosnan and glad to see the back of him. This new bloke looks like he may be made of sterner stuff
Looking forward to your report

I think Sean Connery is the best. He was the first so that's natural I suppose. I didn't think George Lazenby was too bad but he only did OHMSS.. Roger Moore was a bit too flippant, too comedic for my liking.. Timothy Dalton was better, more your rugged 'Mans Man'.. Pierce Brosnan, well.. no offence to anyone here but I could never get over the fact he is Irish and an Irish James Bond doesn't fit my profile. Weak I know but there you go
We have the lot on DVD anyway and even the last abomination isn't too bad on the TV
