East Point is on the peripheraphy of Atlanta Jackson, Hartsfield, Uncle Tom Cobbley and all International Airport (all 5 parralell runways) It was at one time a very nice little place to live - and well populated by the crews and Airport staff of Delta, Eastern , Piedmont , Southern etc etc - its now something of a ghetto and as usual the East Point PD is extremly under funded and under staffed - hence the Joke. It does have one claim to fame - It has the Dwarf House - creator of the Chik-Filet-A sandwhich and waffle fries.
