Two CEO's
Hi John (et-al),
I sent you a PM on FlyNET last night asking for type ratings on the VC10/15 and got a reply back this morning from ANOTHER John Payne who is CEO of Northern Airlines Notwithstanding the fact I didn't realise there were two of you (well.. two with the same name), there seems to be no way to differentiate between who is who (unless using Reply) so perhaps a word with Konny might be in order

Old sailors never die.. they just smell that way!
Having a quick look, cant you identify them by their number (e.g. CBF101 etc)? Theres also a "Dave NotMaltby".... and a whole bunch of viagra, diazapam, bingo, gambling and other crap auto registrations

Hi Toby,
Identifying from the database is OK but when you send a message the names are the same on the drop down list of addressees : 'John Payne l CEO' for both. I've posted on FlyNET to get the VA ID added after CEO. In the meantime I've sent you all a message on FlyNET for you to keep to use the 'reply' button if you need to message me.
Rgds

Real pilot fly for small outfits during time off periods.
If Flynet is to rpresent the real world than that should be allowed.
Anyone can only fly one plane at at time unless they are a being a smart arse and use two computers..which is silly
But as long as they play the game...........then let them play the game.
Surely you don't want too many rules
Garry

Hi John,
Many tks for that
Garry..
No, too many rules is always undesirable. I think it would be great if pilots could 'legally' fly for two airlines.. especially if their intent was genuine. It would give our overseas pilots an opportunity to fly on 'home turf', something exceedingly difficult to do at present unless you take on the Super VC10 as well as add a bit of global variety for those that want it. CT could also flash his Greenmountain Cargo setup up again without having to leave us in the new year so the whole idea would make many happy.
John.. is this something that is under consideration for future updates??
