Midland Air Museum Argosy

Quick question to all (probably best answered by Garry): has anyone done the 'Elan' Argosy as seen at the Midland Air Museum near Coventry? I'm planning to do a series of repaints from there and wondered if this one had already been covered by some of the fine chaps on here...

Cheers all,

Steve

Probably the same response as in the thread a bit lower down entitled "Argosy repaints wanted".

Rick's Argosy is the -200 model.

So if the Elan one is a -100, "wait until that is released" was the message from Garry.

Hi Steve

It is sort of covered

As Ian says the only model released is the 200

All the other paints are for the 100 and Rick is painting Elan which is a 100

Cheers gents, that will teach me not to read the threads more thoroughly. That's great the Elan repaint is due to be covered - looking forward to seeing the results. I take it you won't be adding the rather nasty weathering the old girl has suffered...

I'm sure it will be done in it's prime :worried:
