Classic British Flight Sim

I have bought the SAAB Safir and Alpha Javalin in the past 6 months, as well as Flightzone Portland.
I have about 35 quid (in credit) on a credit card and would like to spend it on a download. Any reccomendations? I like older aircraft and good detailing.

There are a lot of excelent payware out so its mostly down to personal choice I suppose.

With so much excellent freeware out there, I would stay away from the dark side.

Considered scenery? having recently been very sceptical about FSX and its performance I can safely say that after buying Horizon GenX scenery last week I will not be going back to FS2004. I'm converted.

If anything you should use them on a few mb of RAM

If you're looking for a real challenge, try the Nemeth Mi-24 Hind. The myriad of switches labeled in Cyrillic and the lack of English tooltips make it a real exercise everytime you attempt to fire it up. A decent quick-start quide is available in English, though.

I have not found anything in the suggestions yet, I have 2 gig of RAM (good idea, Dan) and have two Nemeth helos. I hate the all those CB's that need setting first (should have a virtual FE present)!
I also bought the He219 when it came out last year, it is very good indeed.
What about Ed's Spit?
