Found this in the January Sales....(56k beware!)

Hi guys,

Was browsing through my local PC world today when I found a Lago fighter pack for a fiver, including the Fiat G91, the MB 339 and the Mig 21. Now I realize that these are not the latest models, but for a fiver you cant go wrong with this...

Incidentally, does anyone won the Lago Fiat G-91. I have found missing vc texture files in the virtual cockpit, but no update for it on lago's website and no reason why this has happened. I've reinstalled a few times thinking that this might be the problem but it seems not.

Thanks for looking!

On Second thoughts....this is only good for two aircraft. The Fiat, while it looks nice is buggy as anything! Its hard to get the engine started and it keeps crashing my sim!

Just get it for the other two, which are ace!

I don't think I ever got it started so it went in the bin. I did glide for a mile or two first though!!

To start the engine you MUST follow the instructions AND never fly full throttle for more than a minute or two.
Second important thing: activate the Pitot heating if you you want to have the instruments working.
If you find the G-91 hard to fly (because she is realistic) try the F-104 from Cloud9 (same people) ........

I loved the G91, it flew so well. I lost mine in a clear out though

The Lago MiG-21 was an absolute dog when it first came out, only good for AI - but, to their credit, the service packs have turned it into something quite nice. And my understanding is that there isn't much to choose between the Lago 339 and the more recent Cloud9 version, I've certainly not seen the need to 'upgrade'.
