that's what i told them :lol:

the model is free, the panel is free...you're paying for a panel pasted into an untextured vc.

with some good textures it would look nice i think.

A shame - I'd love a decent Jetstream.

Reading "The book of flight tests" by Alan Bransome (could be subtitled "The Which? Guide to Aircraft Under 25,000lb/10 tons!). He flies a Jetstream 31, the prototype I think, in the early '80s while writing this book. It has fixed-shaft turbines and a constant-speed prop (very constant speed - they operate at 1,590 rpm), so the engine note doesn't change at all while the engines are running... He says this makes a pilot's first landing in the type quite memorable, as he cuts the power but the engine note stays the same, giving the impression that "you and your favourite plane are about to fly through the far hedge"...
