BAC 1-11 problem

Hi,
I need some help about a problem I have with the wonderful DM's BAC 1-11.
I was back using FS2004 after a while, and I tried some flights with that plane, but any time one engines shuts down after some minutes. I checked on the checklists, but all seems set as it should. I tried starting with the default FS2004 flight and then passed to the 1-11, but no way. It is surely something I forget to set, but I cannot find it on the manual (and my english is not so good...).
Does anyone has a clue?

Thanks a lot
Francesco

Hi Francesco

Job to know but check you have the anti ice on and don't run the engines at max power for too long as that will cause failure.

Garry,
it can be true, since I was climbing after take off and was almost at 100% thrust. Sincerely didn't look at EGT
Will give it a try.

Thanks
Francesco

Its the cabin pressure warning - bottom right of instrument panel you will see the pressurization panel - toggle the right switch UP and et voila no more annoying horn :)

Overspeed is a bell.....or at least it was

But at least that's easy to check

The overspeed was a bell indeed, and I discovered when we had my wife on board that it could be heard in the cabin!

That cabin alt on the 1-11 still manages to make me jump.. even when I'm waiting for it (idle see.. I wait for the alarm before I do anything about it)

You can.. if you don't expect it or don't feel like adjusting the cabin pressure.. move the mouse over the yellow warning lamp and depress. No more sound
