Wow..Finally done it, thanks to the good lady.

Now on Broadband and what a difference it has made, rather like exchanging a Moggy 1000 (No, not the furry geriatric type) for a High Performance Car.

Had been trying for ages to persuade the good lady of the benefits she would receive by upgrading (Though she knew the benefits were basically for me) not stupid are they!!

Was going for BT but then NTL decided it wanted us to remain with them and gave an offer that we (or rather) my wife could not refuse bless her. :dance:

Talking of High Performance Cars did any of you hear about this?

Without a doubt he's going to prison. For how long and the duration of his imminent disqualification is up to the magistrate. :think:

They'll have to kick out a few violent criminals etc. to make room for him first.

172mph, you're looking at three points and a 60 quid fine I would imagine...

If you say you need your licence to get your sick pet to the vets and back they might let you off the points.

I suppose that he'll argue that he needs his licence for his job (even though he resigned) and the courts will take pity on him.
My view is that loss of licence should be an extra deterrent.
Alternatively, he may claim that any penalty infringes his human rights in some way and the EU will block any sentence - usually happens.
