As Ben says, Zen are always at the top of the list for the cognoscenti. It's where you go when you have had enough of BT, etc.

But even after 15+ years with BT, I haven't found a reason to leave them. And in fact losing my btinternet e-mail address after that long would have a serious downside.

I have used zen several times in the past, and they are that good. A few years ago we were in an office suite where everyone had ADSL broadband. BT lost there DNS servers and surprisingly many other providers also went down (as they were using the same DNS as BT, zen stayed up throughout, and infact as was speaking to a guy from my old company at Christmas and he comented oon how they had never lost there broadband connection (other than when he spilt his coffee over the router) in 3 years. :shock:
