As last time the just slid on, no troubles at all, and I have never had any troubles before either....
Should always give a few FPS better than the older.
There are a few problems addressed as always in the release notes:

I just installed 7.3 with no problems. BTW there is an excellent very comprehensive guide to installing and tweaking at:

This is updated frequently - the current guide is for version 7.1 but I think you could also use it for 7.3.

Well, to be frank, I have not noticed a big difference either. You might check the link in my prior message - that guide has several suggestions for the settings and also what features are not really needed.Jetset wrote:I installed, but haven't noticed much difference on my X800. I am sure it's been asked a thousand times, but can anybody recommend the best control centre settings?
There is an excellent section on preventing the Catalyst Control Center from loading automatically at start-up. Once you have the settings done to your satisfaction there is no longer a need to load CCC at every startup, which makes boot time longer and uses precious RAM. If you need to change settings, the guide explains how to launch it manually when needed. I found that tip invaluable.
