Allan, To me it looks as if its been fired as there is a rectangular punch impression on its rim. But be better to get expert advice.

From the crease in the fuselage and the rippling of the skin to the rear of that, it looks like it 'broke it' back'. Unlikely to be repaired on a new aircraft, let alone an ageing B737-400. It must have been one hell of a hard landing. Kevin Just a little bit harder than a well known Irish landing ...

And Tyrrels were made in Ripley AFAIK. I remember Tony Brooks opening his garage - I think it was when I was working in the Vickers Mould loft, on the VC10, so must have been in '59 or '60.
