Glad you got the cargo door open as PB looked a bit unaccommodating with all those pallets waiting

The main exit uses the usual command (shift + e) and the lower hold doors also open but we're still waiting for somebody to tell us how!
Finally, Garry tells me that the 'fuselage patch' is a standard fitting on all but the earliest 707s. It is a door that is made of a different type of material than the aluminium which is why it stands out. It seems to stand out more on some a/c than others as I hadn't noticed it before. Thanks Garry.
