I'm sitting here with tears rolling down my face from laughing so hard.
Definitely the funniest thread I've ever seen in the 'Repaints Hangar' forum.

And it was only an innocent request for BOAC branding information...
I think I ballsed up the skin, though - I'm going to start afresh, with a slightly better idea as to what I'm doing...
EDIT: Someone's beaten me to it! File aia_europe.zip, an AI package, has this:

Here we go - ahem - I once painted a PMDG 737-800 in late BOAC colours, however where it would have had the BOAC gold logo, I made a new one up in a similar font, saying CLASSIC.
I binned it as it looked ridiculous.
Right.
I'll get me coat then.

Which typeface did you use?
Progress has stalled due to uni starting, and the fact that when this yoke is attached to the desk there's no space to comfortably use the mouse...

Arial Black stretched out horizontally. Looked ok as a BOAC font actually - close enough anyway.
I'm still strangely attracted by the idea - I may yet revist the PMDG 737 ...
