It seems that
gauge72=PFJ-F28_MiscGauges!WindowInit,0,0
is involved with Vspeed callouts, as these have disappeared since I disabled the Gauge (added '//' at the start of the line). Unfortunate, but I can live without them.
Other callouts ('Sinkrate', 'Glideslope' ect still work).
Perhaps it’s a fault of my onboard sound card. I have a SoundBlaster Audigy in my old PC, which I may swap over.
Regards
Kevin

Interesting Kevin
I might kill those myself as they are present on replay tower view.
Which TBH I am not too keen on
In fact I don't think they are working correctly on my system...another thing is when pausing all sound stops except any alarms.
But it's not been enough to class as an actual problem.
Could be it's incompatible with something I have but not as serious as you had.

I think you need to set Internet Explorer to allow the downloads.
In Internet Explorer, click
'Tools'
'Internet Options'
'Privacy'
'Sites'
and then in the 'Address of Website' window, type
'Avism.com'
and then select
'Allow'.
Repeat this, but typing 'Avsim.net' into the 'Address of Website' window, and then select 'Allow'.
This was taken from the Avsim forum help site.
Hope it helps.
