VC10 at MAN today

Post by TobyV »

Apparently a VC10, XR808 landed there today, taxied towards the AVP then had to turn back up an ajacent taxiway. He joked they were coming for a closer look at ZK!

I thought their usual diversion was to Birmingham.
They seem to be in and out on a regular basis (along with C17s - medivac flights).

Regards

Kevin

Neil tried to flog me one of the models the other day. Think I'll have to put my hand in my pocket.

Well I had to a chat to Neil today and theres several more things potentially in the pipeline at the AVP, so the more people put their hands in their pockets, the better the place will get
