Revised DC-4 for FSX (and FS2004)

Post by jensbk »

Just in case you haven't seen it: An updated DC-4 / C-54 is available at avsim, with the usual changes to make it work with FSX, and an improved virtual cockpit. If you have my DC-6 or the updated Canadair Argonaut, you'll know what to expect

Thank you Jens.

Looks like you have been especially busy of late with all the FSX updates. I particularly love your DC-4, a masterpiece, and this seems like a good opportunity to express some gratitude for it.

Regards

Jon

Thanks Jens, Your original DC-4 for FS9 was one of my favorite aircraft and I had been waiting for this one with great anticipation. Question, does the new version use the same exterior texture files and the previous one?

The included docs refer to a bit of re-jigging especially round the tail but they look pretty close to me.
