FSX Grob Tutor

Post by ukmil »

thanks to DG for permission, we have just released his old Grob Tutor for FSX

it has all the required upgrades to allow use in FSx inc new panel and flight dynamics

unfortunalty, DG has lost the original source code, so we could nto fix some of the texture issues, regards placing serial codes

Well, that's great! A choice of freeware isn't a bad thing.

Kind regards
Dan.

It's like Londom buses..don't see one for ages then 2 come along at once

Dyl Roberts is planning one as well as soon as his Firefly is finished!

We've already got the panel ready.

This is the standard Cranwell fit optimized for Right-Hand Seat Nav (WSO) training

This is an old picture the HSI is now custom built. The autopilot is a non-authentic add-on to simplify IFR training. So users can concentrate on the instruments rather than the stick.
If anyone is interested in having this panel and gauges, I'll make it available because I think it'll be a while before Dyl's ready to start the Tutor!
Regards
Jim

That's the standard fit for all 115E's used over here. The aircraft is always flown solo from the right hand seat (lead-in to other aircraft where the trottle is always on the left), with the instructor in the left seat, opposite to the "norm".
