Don't know who wrote the caption:-

"If you watch carefully, you'll see the offset lobe on the output shaft spinning three times for every complete revolution of the rotor."

But it is complete nonsense and does not apply to this animation...A better caption would have been:-

"If you watch carefully, you'll see that you get three bangs per revolution of the rotor."
